Inside author, Lizzie Lamb joined us.

Lincoln is a beautiful city, with a Cathedral, Castle, craft market, and of course the fabulous  BookStop Café.  I was welcomed into the city by the King and Queen, and Robin Hood.

The BookStop Café is only a stones throw down the cobbled lane behind Robin Hood.  Convenient for all the car parks and the sights.

By 11am The BookStop Café was buzzing

And later I relaxed with Joff Gainey's novel, Sleeping On A Cloud.

    1. Hi Christina. I take pictures wherever I go. It's a great way of keeping a record. Lincoln is a beautiful place, and the people are very friendly. I met two super young woman on the market. One was an artist, the other her sister. There was a painting that I was really taken with. I regret not buying it now. But I'll be going up to see Joff and Becky at the BookStop Café - hopefully to give them more books - and I'll check the artist out. Thank you for reading my blog and commenting. I really appreciate it. x

    1. And she's so lovely. Everyone I met was - authors and café staff. The BookStop Café has a great atmosphere, good coffee, teas and cakes. And the décor is very special, especially the bookcase with all our books on show. Joff and Becky are super - and very generous to sell our books. A coffee shop where people can read a book and then buy it. What a terrific idea!
